Hybrid (onsite/offshore):
The Onsite/Offshore (also called Hybrid) model is a most successful and popular outsourcing models employed today by our customers where we distribute work between the onsite project team at your premises and the offshore development team working in at the Emeritis’ offshore development center in Bangkok (Thailand). The onsite team functions in close collaboration with client's nominated project manager and coordinates with the Emeritis’ offshore team.
The Onsite/Offshore delivery model is in generally preferred in cases where the project is complicated and is expected to continue for a longer period of time, or when there is a substantial amount of developments to be done or in cases the AMS will be done later in an Offsite/offshore delivery model. So the client will not have the burden of managing a large onsite team and at the same time can also avail of all the benefits of offshoring. Besides the client can get any queries cleared by interacting with the onsite team.
Some benefits using the Hybrid delivery model are:
- Direct dealings with the client: Direct interaction with the client is possible through the onsite project tteam. So no possibility of communication gap. Also the service provider gets a better picture of the client’s needs.

Offshore:
A successful approach is the Offsite/Offshore delivery model. This has been proven to be very successful and effective delivery model for both project work as well as for Application Maintenance Services AMS) of Emeritis. A local SPOC (Single Point of Contact) will be assigned by Emeritis who act as mediator between the client and the offshore development center. It allows to have close contact with the customer in your own language and having a close cooperation while benefiting from the offshore developments advantages. The SPOC will also be able to have regular onsite meeting to ensure a smooth communication and transparency. The SPOC will also act a key role for Quality assurance. The task undertaken by each of the teams depends on the type of work as well as on the facilities available in each of the centers and the facilities required to complete the task. The offsite team does all the requirement analysis and hands over the specifications to the offshore development center wherein the developments/configuration and testing of solution done. The software is then handed over to the offsite team, which then implements it at the client’s site.
The offsite/offshore development model allows us to offer :
